He was predeceased by: his former wife Hazel Hoff (O'Donnell); his daughter Danielle Hoff; and his siblings, Carl Hoff, Paul Hoff, Enid Hoff, Eldon Hoff and Raida.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hoff (Hebert) of Ellenburg Center; his children, David E. Hoff (Lisa) of Plattsburgh, Michael P. Hoff (Lori) of Johnston, RI, Jacqueline M. Hoff of Milton, VT, Noelle Hoff of Rochester, NY and Daniel N. Hoff of Plattsburgh; his sister Carrol Smith of Plattsburgh; his grandchildren, Meghan Shaw (Tim) and Matthew Canning; and his great grandchildren, Ethan and Gavin Shaw. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
