She is survived by: her husband Richard Chu; her children, Benjamin, Kara Chu, Benson, Mary Chu, Benedict, Adora Chu, Bonnie and David Sclafani; her grandchildren, Kelsey, Aaron, Stephen, Lucas, Dylan, Ryan, Owen, Dean, Ty and Ming Lee; her sister Josephine; and her brother-in-law Ignatius Lo. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Theresa's memory to St. Christopher's Church.
