He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kropp and Camellia Kropp (Mahoney); his brother Jim Kropp; and his sister-in-law Carol Kropp. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, David Kropp (Candace) of Fishkill, Jennifer Provost (Gary) of North Carolina and Carl Kropp of Connecticut; his stepchildren, Kathy Wetmore (Frank), James DeWitt (Irene), Mary Beth Scattergood (Ken) and Richard DeWitt (Katie); his grandchildren, Harrison, Owen, Casey, Kay, George, Michael, Reagan, Kelly, James and Noah; and his siblings, Camellia Elliott (Robert) of Rhinebeck, Margaret Martel (Robert) of Myrtle Beach, SC and John Kropp of Rensselaerville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
