He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Choinsky and Verna Choinsky (Oakes); and his brother Robert Choinsky. He is survived by: his son James Choinsky; his siblings, Verna Kilmer (Bob), Raymond Choinsky, Lillian Hilbrandt (Robert), Arthur Choinsky (Saskia), Vivian Kime, Linda Blum (Joseph), Sandra Daley and Ralph Choinsky (Tammy); and his sister-in-law Linda Clum (Edwin). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
