He is survived by: his wife Juliann Sherman (Spring); his sons, Richard Jr. (Sally), Michael (Linda), Thomas (Christel) and Christopher (Lisa); his grandchildren, Sarah, Angell, Jason, Allison and Matthew; and his siblings, Bill (Linda), Roderick (Anna), Samuel (Derinda), Timothy (Gwen), Sue Sherman, Rebecca Marvin (Tim) and Beth Lewis (Larry).
