He was predeceased by: his father Norman. He is survived by: his mother Linda of Bloomsburg; his brother Michael (Pamela); his niece Michelle of Round Hill, VA; his sister Melanie Gagnon; his wife Jeanne; his children, Kaitlyn Radican (Kevin) of Colchester, CT, Emily Besaw (Joe) of Clarksville, TN and Joshua Williams of Syracuse, NY.; and his grandchildren, Bennett, Olivia, Lucas Besaw and Eleanor Radican.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Elizabethtown Fire Department or the Elizabethtown Community Hospital.
