He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Cushing and Edward Cushing (Bud); and his nephews, Bryce Palmer and Michael Zillman. He is survived by: his siblings, Faye Cushing, Tom Cushing Sr., JoAnne Zillman, Doug, Cathy Cushing, Phyllis and Allen Sloper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
