He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Cabral and Victoria Bowers Cabral; his goddaughter Amanda Tooley; and his uncles, Robert Bowers, Bob Celinko and Douglas Romer.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Cabral of Eldred, NY, Victoria Welch (Benjamin) of Lock Haven, PA and Vanessa Harsch (John) of Middlebury Center, PA; his siblings, Rhonda Whyte (Larry) of Port St and Henry Johansky (Martha) of Huguenot, NY; his godsons, Tyler and Nicholas; and his aunts and uncles, Donald Bowers (Eleonora) of Milford, PA, Thomas Bowers (Diana) of Sparrowbush, NY, Edith Celinko of Port Jervis, NY, Patricia Romer of Matamoras, PA and Theresa Fields. He is also survived by Granddaughter: Remi Welch Also several nieces and nephews.
