We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2022, at the age of 81, William R. Scranton of Elbridge, New York, born in Dubuque, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Scranton and Clarissa Scranton; his children, Susan Smokoski of Auburn and Robert Scranton (Tricia) of Weedsport; his grandchildren, Christopher Smokoski (Paige), Kayla Smokoski and Christopher Scranton; his great grandchild Nyssa Smokoski; and his brothers, Paul Scranton, Dr. Richard Scranton (Laura) and Jack Scranton (Janet).
