He was predeceased by: his siblings, Glenn Porter, Melvin Porter, Lloyd Porter, Wayne Porter and Pauline Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel J. Ballard; his daughters, Melanie Wheelock (Avery) of Lakeland, Priscilla Raichlin (James) of Bristol, TN and Melissa Schloop (Walter) of Camillus; his sisters, Bessie Bishop of Wolcott, Eva Pickering of Sodus and Doris Zingo of Henrietta; his grandchildren, Andy, Jennifer, Tammy, Heather, Sandra and Chrissy; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Ashley, Noah, Kiera, Mallory, Jocelyn, Kayla and Abby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
