She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Forward and Dorothy Forward; her husband Albert; and her sisters, Carolyn Bench (Jack) and Dorothy Pisconski.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Radford, Kathy Leslie (Frank), Diane Schoeneck (Paul) and Jim Dauenhauer (Jean); her brother Bill Forward; and her siblings-in-law, Margie Watkins (Mel) and Charles Pisconski. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Camillus Elks Ladies Auxiliary, 6117 Newport Rd., Camillus, NY 13031 or to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society at donate.lls.org.
