She is survived by: her husband Brian; her children, Colleen Smith, Stephanie Hill (Roger), Jacob and Mark; her grandchildren, Jacob, Anthony, Dillon, Leila and Lilly; her great grandchild Evalynn; and her siblings, John, Steve (Dawn), Roger (Tammy), Joe (Jill), Mike (Betty Sue), David (Jill), Brian (Leslie) and Donna Van Wart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Michele wished everyone to plant something in her memory.
