She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer James and Anna James; and her brother Steven James. She is survived by: her sons, Ben and Justin. She is also survived by six Grandchildren, 2 Brothers and a Sister.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bush Funeral Home of Elbridge (120 E Main St, Elbridge, NY 13060).
In memory of Judy and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Francis House.
