It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Coats of Elbridge, New York, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on August 28, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Miller and Edith Miller. She is survived by: her husband Lester Coats; her children, Susan Radcliffe (Stephen), Bonnie Waite (Howard), Vickie Sova (Bert), Patricia and Charles Coats (Mirena); and her sister Marjorie Hyman. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren, her 23 great grandchildren.
