She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Perkins and Olive Perkins; her husband Tom Jenks; and her siblings, Alvin Perkins and Shirley Oldham.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda van Heyst (Dirk), Nathan Jenks (Mark) and Rebecca Krenrich (Ted); her grandchildren, Ryan, Ally and Emma van Heyst; and her brother Tom Perkins (Lorraine). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
