It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Ruth Briggs of Elbridge, New York, who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Walton and Ethel Walton (Stehler); her husband Robert L. Briggs; and her brothers, Leland G. and Richard J. Walton.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Dawson (Tom), Alan Briggs (Barbara) and Cathy Barrigar. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
