She was predeceased by: her daughter Leslee Blevins; her grandson Jamie Rotella; and her brother Thomas Nugent. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack"; her children, Jolaine Murrell (Fred) of Denver, CO, Perri Rotella (Jay) of Elbridge and Reese Perry (Kristen) of Syracuse; her stepdaughters, Nancy VanKleef of Omaha, NE and Irene Smithson of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Jayson Rotella (Erin), Brynn Zimmer (Scott), Kelsee Murrell and Alex Murrell; and her great grandchildren, Ava Rotella and Jackson Zimmer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. and friends.
