He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Gale Foote (Willis); his children, Brian Foote (Diana) and Shelly Lee (Jack); his grandchildren, Samuel Foote and Noelle Alexander; his great grandchild Kade Foote; and his siblings, Joseph Foote, Marie Wise (Duane) and Laura (Richard).
