He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Simmons and Albert Simmons; and his sister Melody. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Moore Simmons; his children, James (Jenna), Matthew (Abbie) and Cori; and his brothers, Greg (Paula), Brady (Sharon), Bart (Serina) and Scott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
