He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hart (Lawrence) of Elba; his children, Kelly Smith (Ken) of Middleburg and Ryan Hart of Elba; his grandchildren, Carsyn Smith, Carter Smith and Justin Hart; and his brother Greg Hart (Sharon) of Berryville, Virginia.. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
