Wayne D. Foster Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne D. Foster of Elba, New York, born in Saint Albans, Vermont, who passed away on December 6, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Foster and Kathleen Foster (Paxman); and his sister Bonnie Riffel (Larry). He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Pangrazio (Cary) of Alabama, NY and Rachel Kilner of Portsmouth, VA; his siblings, Janice Green (late Larry) of LeRoy, NY and Bryan Foster (Paula) of Joliet, IL; and his grandchildren, Cassandra Pangrazio, Chase Pangrazio, Elias Kilner and Olivia Kilner. He is also survived by eight nephews, three nieces, beloved cousins and other extended family, great-nieces and nephews, lodge and military brothers, dear friends.
New York State requires those in attendance to adhere to the social distancing guidelines and face coverings are mandatory.
