She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clayton Sheffer and Marie Sheffer of Stafford; her husband Leslie Mengs; her children, Julie Richenberg (Keith) of North Carolina and Jeffrey Mengs of New York; her grandchildren, Bradley Richenberg (Lena) of Virginia, Kaitlin Spencer (Zachary) of North Carolina and Matthew Richenberg of Hawaii; and her great grandchild Harrison Spencer.
