It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy S. Norway of Elba, New York, born in Batavia, New York, who passed away on May 26, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Boyce and Joan Boyce (Kearns). She is survived by: her husband Larry Norway of Elba; her children, Michael Norway and Amanda Norway; her siblings, Marty Boyce (Bonnie), Marvin Boyce (Judy Shedlock), Steve Boyce (Linda), Brian Boyce (Chita), Craig Boyce (Sue), Dan Boyce (Cheryl), Dawn Boyce, Laura Boyce, Carol Boyce and Brenda Boyce; her parent-in-law Mick Norway (Fern) of Elba; her siblings-in-law, Dan Norway (Sarah) and Tracy Lyons (Mike); and her friend Nadine (Ken). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the on-going COVID-19 Epidemic a Christmas in July celebration of Peggy's life will be held this coming July 4th weekend at the family home in Elba.
