He was predeceased by: his sister Lisa M. Moore; and his grandparents, Leon Moore Sr (Isabelle), Earl E. Gilbert, Aunt Patty and Uncle Andy.
He is survived by: his parents, Leon Moore Jr (Anne Gilbert) and Elba; his son Abraven; his sisters, Mary Moore (Lisa Carter) of Fairport and Leanne Moore-Lickfeld (Kristofer) of Olean; his grandmother Myrtle Gilbert; his niece Isabella George of Olean; and his friends, Ken Proefrock and Colleen Proefrock. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
