We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2021, at the age of 76, Nancy E. Rowcliffe of Elba, New York, born in Warsaw, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Stewart and Mary Stewart (Baize); and her brother JC Stewart. She is survived by: her husband Mark A. Rowcliffe of Elba; her children, Ronald L. Rowcliffe of Elba, Melissa Penepent of South Carolina and Sondra Gury (Frank) of Rochester; and her brother Harold Stewart (Kathy) of Geneseo. She is also survived by Six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SPCA, 3821 West Main Street Road, Batavia, New York 14020 or St. Paul Lutheran Church, 31 Washington Avenue, Batavia, New York 14020, or a charity of the donor's choice.
