With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise G. Post of Elba, New York, born in Alexander, New York, who passed away on December 15, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Goodman and Joy Goodman (Wight); her siblings, Lillian Bowen, Stella Peck and Kenneth Goodman; her sister-in-law Nancy Horton; and her daughter-in-law MariJane Post.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Post; her children, John Post (Cheryl Totten), Daniel Post (Kim), Marcia White (Todd), Janet Ewell (Judd) and Laurie Torpey (Pete); her grandchildren, Jason Post (Stacy), Kailynn Stacy (Kyle), Jeffrey Post (Janette), Joy Brewer (Rich), Holly Stoneham (Shawn), Megan Hoffman (Will), Brad White (Nicole), Elizabeth Turner (Fred), Derek Torpey (Deanna), Chelsey Vacanti (James) and Cody Torpey (Michayla); and her sister Irene Johncox. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
