She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Muilenburg and Anna DeJong Muilenburg; her husbands, Alfred W. Bender, Jr. and Claire L. Booher; her siblings, Wallace Muilenburg and Lois DeJong; her stepdaughter Lynda Booher Porter; and her grandson Henry Bender.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ladene Altena of Centerton, AR and Harriet Harmelink (Roger) of Newton, IA; her sister-in-law Henrietta Muilenburg of Orange City, IA.; and her children, Paul Bender (Jody) of Marion, NY, Dan Bender (Wanda) of West Hartford, CT, Laurie Tricarico (Dan) of Green Lake, WI, Charles Bender (Bonnie) of Freedom, PA, Ray Bender (Mary-Lynn) of Pittsford, NY and Bob Booher (Sarah) of Rochester, NY.. She is also survived by six spouses, twenty grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
