He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Kasmer Sr. and Helen Kasmer (Sileski); and his stepson Mark Vidaurre. He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie Kasmer (Cibrot) of Elba; his daughters, Nicole Kresock (David) of Elba and Chantal Zambito (Anthony) of Elba; his stepdaughter Elizabeth Charters; his sisters, Janice Swartz (David) of Batavia and Elizabeth Fancher; and his grandchildren, Johnny Zambito, Maxwell Kresock, Anthony Zambito, Connor Kresock and Lucia Zambito. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
