She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Tammy Donahue (David A.) of Elba, Sue Jeffery of Brockport, Ginger Esten (Lewis) of Elba, Sjaan Kaufman (David) of Buffalo and Michael Dickes of Oakfield; and her siblings, Sharon Dickes (Neal) of Batavia, JanWyngaarden, Jr., Dirk VanWyngaarden, Mary Wass and Johanna Berry. She was also cherished by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Frances's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
