He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Worthington and Mabel Calkins Worthington; and his siblings, Raymond, Roy, Spencer, Donald, Viola Wight, Winifred Cook and ZoElla Spink.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene R. Pangrazio Worthington of Elba; his children, Eslie James Worthington, Jr. (Tamara) and Tammy Giuliani (Alex) of Batavia; his grandchildren, Danyelle Brinkman (Nick) of Elba, Eslie James Worthington, III (Felicia) of Tennessee, Brianna Scott (Jason) of Spencerport, Morgan Stackhouse (David) of Elba, Malissa King of Elba and Melony Bedard (Brandon Shuknecht) of Elba; and his great grandchildren, Gunnar Scarborough, Brynn Stackhouse, Stella Stackhouse, Kendra Watson, Braelyn Shuknecht, Hudson Brinkman, Belle Worthington, Adalynn Scott, Eslie James Worthington, IV, Tallulah Brinkman and Elliana Scott. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
