Elsie June Rowcliffe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie June Rowcliffe of Elba, New York, born in Bergen, New York, who passed away on November 18, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Brown and Blanche Brown (Ackerson); her husband Howard Rowcliffe; her grandson Jason Rowcliffe; and her brother Walter Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Rowcliffe, Diane Moore, Scott Rowcliffe, Jeffrey Rowcliffe (Kim) and Donna Hillabush (Greg); and her siblings, Edward Brown, Marion Neeley, Delia Richenberg, Pearl Priestly, Mable Pocock and Ruth Galliford. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
