We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2021, at the age of 34, Chad A. Zawistowski of Elba, New York, born in Rochester, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Beth Cekuta Beale of Elba and Carl Zawistowski; his wife Abby Zawistowski of Elba; his sons, Sawyer A. Zawistowski of Elba and Elias A. Zawistowski of Elba; his siblings, Adam Zawistowski (Meghan) of Chili, Sarah Garcia (Greg) of Hilton and Jacob Beale of Elba; and his uncle Kevin Cekuta (Val) of Webster. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
