He was predeceased by: his significant other Martha Allen; and his siblings, Clifford Tibbits, Jr., Elinor Hughes and Eloise Conklin. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Brown; his children, Tamara Kukula (William Kukula) of Brewerton, Teryl Norris (David Norris) of Eidson, TN and Toran Tibbits (Tonya Patton); his sister Julie Lancto; and his brother-in-law Eldon Conklin. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
