He was predeceased by: his parents, David Gilbert and Mary Olds (Noble); his wife Caroline A. Olds; and his brothers, David, Francis and Richard Olds.
He is survived by: his sons, Ronald L Olds Jr. (Dalynn Ward), Donald Olds (Lorraine) and Douglas Olds; his grandchildren, Kelly, Jason, Chris, Ashley, MacKenzie and Logan; and his great grandchildren, Addie, Mia and Henry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
