He was predeceased by: his parents, George Turnbull and Vivian Rockwell Turnbull; his wife Priscilla; and his siblings, James S. Turnbull, John R. Turnbull and Isabel Turnbull Winters.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Hauer (Edward), Patricia Osborne (John), William Turnbull (Barbara) and Kathy Williams (William); and his brother Bruce C. Turnbull. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
