Ellen Congdon Bartoo Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2024, at the age of 89, Ellen Congdon Bartoo (Eden, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Ray Congdon and Ruth Odell Congdon; her son John Olden Bartoo; and her sisters, Jane Smurthwaite (late Richard) and Barbara Stickney (Robert).
She is survived by: her husband George Olden Bartoo; her children, Sarah Ellen Bartoo and James Conklin Bartoo; her granddaughters, Melissa Short (Clifford) and Jessica Smith (Robert); and her great grandchildren, Henry Bartoo Smith and Molly Katherine Smith.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine or the SPCA of Erie County.
