With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Whealan Jr. of Eastchester, New York, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 17, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Whealan of Virginia; his daughter Mary; and his parent William Michael Whealan, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, David Whealan (Maria), Bernadette Silverstein, John Whealan (Elysa Blacker), Paul Whealan and Regina Smith (Peter); and his grandchildren, Benjamin Silverstein, Diana Whealan, Julia Whealan, Eamon Smith, Madeline Silverstein, Liam Smith, Andrew Whealan and Pop Pop.
Bill was a warrior against aging, health struggles, and won a valiant battle against Covid-19 in March.
