“I met Victor while in the United States Air Force and stationed at Pease Air Force Base in Portsmouth, NH. Victor was serving as the Air Force Liaison Officer at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital. Victor encouraged me to seek an appointment to Aviation Cadet Training Program. I did and was appointed to the very last class of Aviation Cadets selected for Pilot Training. Victor was the momentum behind my very successful aviation and corporate career. I owe him and I am saddened by his passing.”
