He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Delaney (Foy); his children, Joan Lockhart of Eastham, MA, Judith Lockhart of Tuckahoe, NY, Susan Lockhart (Stephen Jambor) of Brewster, NY and Kenneth Lockhart (Amelyn) of New City, NY; his stepson Thomas Foy (Sharon) of England; his great grandchildren, Emily, Charlotte, Olivia Shipe and Liam Lockhart; and his sister Janet Yurenka. He is also survived by sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and Foy family grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
