He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Cava and Aurora Della Cava; and his daughter Corinne. He is survived by: his brother Louis (Melody); his wife Rosalie (Cimo); his children, Ralph (Geralyn) and Laura (Peter Anderson); his grandchildren, Joseph (Barbara), Jamie, Nicole (Tom), Michael, Lindsay and Alyssa; and his great grandchildren, Layla, Joseph and Dominic.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made in Ralph's name to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
