He is survived by: his parents, Francesco Provenzale and Giovanna Ferraro; his children, Sophia Provezale, Frankie, Michael and Matteo; his wife Kristine; his siblings, Anthony and Laura; and his brother-in-law Sean. He is also survived by many other cousins, aunts and uncles.
In his memory, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
