She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Joseph Madonia; her son Mario Madonia; her parents, Ersilia Monni and Marino Monni; and her sister Lena Scaduto.
She is survived by: her children, Peter Madonia (Vincenza) and Janet Madonia Calano (Michael); her grandchildren, Vittoria (Albert), Sofia (Steven), Daniel (Austin), Celia (Stephen) and Peter; and her great grandchildren, Albert, Antonella, Rosalia and Idalia.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bennett Funeral Home (824 Scarsdale Ave, Scarsdale, NY 10583). A Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (53 Winter Hill Rd, Tuckahoe, NY 10707).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in her name.
