It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harriet Bianchi Bulger of Eastchester, New York, who passed away on December 16, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George Bulger of Eastchester; her children, Melissa and Matthew Bulger of Portland, OR; her stepdaughters, Kim Bulger (Brian Hemedinger) of Los Angeles, CA, Jennifer Mitchell (Scott) of Burlington, VT and Allyson Chalmers of Yorktown, NY.; her grandchildren, Tyler, Katie, James, Peter, Samantha, Phoenix and Jade; her son-in-law Rick Parent; and her parents, Angelo Bianchi and Harriet Bianchi.
In the meantime, those who would like to are encouraged to donate to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, in her honor.
