He is survived by: his wife Mary Fahy; his children, John (Deirdre) and Kathleen Onorato (Vito); and his great grandchild Jack Michael Fahy.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fred H. McGrath & Son, Funeral Home (20 Cedar St, Bronxville, NY 10708). A Mass was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (53 Winter Hill Rd, Tuckahoe, NY 10707).
