It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth A. Poggiali (Eastchester, New York), born in Mount Vernon, New York, who passed away on August 30, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sibling Mary Ellen Richards; and her parents, John M. Costello and Anne Ferrara Costello. She is survived by: her spouse Leonard; her children, Philip (Kristina) and Jennifer (Steven Ovadia); her siblings, John P. Costello and Margaret Riemer; and her child Betty.
For years Betty suffered the progressive, debilitating effects of early onset Alzheimer's disease with courage, beauty, grace, patience and a sense of humor.
