Denzil Francis Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Denzil Francis (Eastchester, New York), who passed away on April 2, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Denzil Francis to show support.

He is survived by: his wife Druscilla Francis; his daughters, Debbie and Desiree Francis; his grandson Myles Gould; and his siblings, Eustace Francis, Linroy Francis, Jerome Francis, Veronica Simmonds, Patricia Ramsay and Sonia Benjamin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Once he retired until the pandemic restrictions closed gyms, he often started his day at the gym swimming laps and working out. During the pandemic, he walked several miles a day around Tuckahoe to continue his work-outs.

Throughout his life, he volunteered his time and contributed to many different charities, including Make A Wish Foundation, the American Heart Association, and the Tuckahoe Senior Citizens.
