He is survived by: his children, Maria LaPorta (Michael), Susan Braccia, Linda Fabrizi (Nello), Erminio D'Agostino (Renee), Donna Puccini (Paul) and Anthony D'Agostino Jr. (Jill); his sisters, Maria Gagnon and Viola Powell; and his grandchildren, Michael, Joseph, Adam, Nello, Nicole, Anthony, Teresa, Thomas, Tiffany, Paulie, Christopher, Tina, Angelo, Isabella, Levia and Nicholas. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
