He is survived by: his sisters, Darlene Houghton (Steve) and Paula Praxl (Kurt); his nieces, Jessica Willis (Ed), Kristy Houghton and Danielle Praxl; his nephew Zachary Praxl; his great-nieces, Joanna and Abigail Willis; and his pet Mabel.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Trinity Assembly of God (4398 NY-31, Clay, NY 13041). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to CNYSPCA or Syracuse Adult & Teen Challenge in Billy's memory.
