It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Dayton McCrady of East Syracuse, New York, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin McCrady and Mabel McCrady; and his former wife Velma Jean McCrady. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Mitzi"; his sister Patricia Scoma; and his children, David McCrady, John McCrady, Daniel McCrady, Julie McCrady (Stephan Herrara), Stephen Richards (Wendi), Thomas Richards (Terry), Linda VanSteenburg (Rob Stewart) and Donna O'Byrne (Mark Seaman). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
