He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia; and his siblings, Lawrence, Myron, Cecilia Fletcher and Loretta LaFex.
He is survived by: his brothers, Eugene, John and Everett (Myrna); and his children, Kevin D. Sullivan (Sharon), Terence H. Sullivan (Judy), Marjorie A. Christy (George), Daniel T. Sullivan (Alison), Thomas A. Sullivan (Kathleen) and Bradley J. Sullivan. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
